01 · The deal
You pay us monthly or annually. We give you a workspace, a coding agent with runtime safety guards (verification gate, read-before-overwrite, loop / failed-path blacklist), and human support during business hours. The agent does the dev work you ask it to do without lecturing you about it.
02 · Your responsibility
You're responsible for what you build. The legality of the code your agent generates is on you and on the engagements you carry — same as it would be if you wrote the code yourself in vim. We don't audit your prompts. We don't ask for client letters. We don't share your work. Treat this like Burp, IDA, or Metasploit and act accordingly.
What we don't allow:
- Code intended for engagements you don't have authorization for
- Material targeting child sexual abuse, weapons of mass destruction, or critical infrastructure outside an authorized red-team engagement
- Sustained automated abuse of the inference layer (re-selling our capacity as your own API)
- Sharing account credentials with parties outside your organization
If we have evidence you're using the service for any of the categories above, we close the account and refund the unused portion of the period.
03 · Billing
Pricing is published on the pricing page. Payment is in crypto (USDT TRC20/ERC20, BTC, or ETH). Periods are prepaid for 1, 3, or 12 months — no recurring charge, no card on file, no chargeback risk. Multi-month periods stack on top of any remaining time on your existing plan.
Refunds follow the Refund Policy: if the agent refuses, hedges, or returns neutered output on legitimate engagement work, we refund the unused portion — at any point in your subscription, not just the first 14 days. The prepaid period otherwise runs to its end and simply doesn't renew unless you buy a new invoice.
If we miss the SLA on the Enterprise tier, you get the credits documented in your order form.
04 · Termination
You can cancel anytime, from the dashboard, no phone tree. Account data follows the retention policy in the privacy policy.
We can terminate for:
- Material breach of section 02 (cure period: 14 days unless the breach is something we can't legally let continue)
- Non-payment after 14 days past due
- A regulator or court order forcing us to
We don't terminate for doing the kind of legitimate offensive-security work we sell the product for. If we ever stop being able to provide the service for any reason, status.tartarusai.dev posts before billing posts.
05 · Liability cap
Total liability under this agreement is capped at 12 months of the fees you paid us. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
This isn't lawyer fog. The product cannot guarantee that the code your agent generates is correct, secure, or fit for a specific engagement. You're responsible for verifying the artifacts before shipping them to a client. The verification gate catches build failures; it does not catch design defects, license issues, or operational mistakes.
06 · Disputes
We try to resolve any dispute by email first — most things sort out that way. If a formal claim is necessary, your local consumer-protection laws apply. We don't claim a fixed jurisdiction over you and we're not in a position to drag you to one.
07 · Changes
If we change these terms in a way that's worse for you, you get 30 days' notice via email and the changelog. Continued use after the 30 days = acceptance.
